Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

How long will my order take to ship?

All Wild Folk Apothecary products are handmade, packed, and posted from our small village in rural Suffolk in the South-East of England. Our goal is to pack and ship your order within 5 working days from the purchase date, however, please bear in mind that Wild Folk Apothecary is a small single-person operation dealing with all aspects of business, so this may be extended a little from time to time or during busy periods.

If you need your order urgently or by a specific date, please email Bernadette at info@wildfolkapothecary.com and I will do my very best to accommodate your request. Express purchases will be prioritised, but may still take a few days to prepare, process, pack, and post.

Do you offer international shipping?

While we do ship internationally, due to the sheer volume of losses and non-collected packages, we now only ship outside the UK using a tracked and signed service. Please be aware that sometimes delays can happen due to customs processing and delivery services in the destination country, over which we have no control. Please allow 1-2 weeks for European orders, and 1-5 weeks for international. Please contact us directly if you would like to ship outside the U.K, or you can order through our Etsy store.

Will there be duties and import taxes?

​​Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout as they are determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery. Please ensure you are happy to incur these charges before placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for reimbursing duties and import taxes.

Return & Refund policy

If your order is damaged on delivery, please take a photograph and take a note of your order number and email Bernadette at info@wildfokapothecary.com for a replacement.

For reasons of hygiene, returns are not accepted, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please get in touch.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours unless they have already been shipped, again please email info@wildfolkapothecary.com if you need to cancel your order.

Login and Memberships for online courses

Please ensure that you take a note of your login details for your site membership. If you are unable to enter the site please first reset your password, clear cookies, then try to log in again. Please contact info@wildfolkapothecary.com with any issues. We are not able to give refunds for online course purchases, please ensure you are able to participate before you place your order.
