Join me for this immersive journey wrapped deep in spirit. Through a series of twelve teachings over twelve weeks exploring varied aspects of mugwort, her magic and her medicine, twelve guided journeys to meet the spirit of mugwort, twelve questions and their answers, some explorative, creative assignments we will immerse ourselves deeply into the darkness of the underworld, and emerge completely transformed.
A course to reconnect and rewild, rediscovering and remembering the path of resonance with nature through simple practices which connect. Rewilding the Self is about returning to the natural, deep connections we all have with nature, with ourselves, and with each other. It is about remembering and understanding the human self as an interconnected piece of nature, equal to all beings; plant, fungi, animal, insect, microbe, river, and rock.
