Sacred Waters — Womb Healing Blend
Rose · Mugwort · Lady’s Mantle · Nettle
A deeply nourishing herbal blend to honour the sacred waters within, the portal of the womb. This blend can be used for womb steaming, infusions, and smoke cleansing.
Womb Steam Instructions
Place a small handful, roughly 1-2 tablespoons, into a bowl or pot of boiling water. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled slightly, test with your wrist, remove the lid, squat or sit over the bowl, drape yourself in a blanket or shawl to hold the steam, and allow it to rise. Steam for 10-20 minutes.
Rose softens the heart and brings loving awareness to the womb space. Mugwort is the dreaming plant, the blood-mover, the threshold guardian. Lady’s Mantle is sacred to the goddess, the alchemist’s herb, supporting uterine tone and the rhythms of the sacred feminine. Nettle nourishes deeply, mineral rich and strengthening.
