Autumn Foraging, Wild Medicine & Folklore Walk, Lavenham Sunday 16th November

£25.00

Join me in the beautiful medieval village of Lavenham, Suffolk, for a soulful walk through the wild edges; part foraging, part folk medicine, part remembering.

Together, we’ll explore the ancient art of gathering food and medicine as a living act of nature connection. Along the way, we’ll meet the wild plants who grow at our feet, learning how to identify them, how to walk in respectful relationship, and how this practice helps guide us home to our natural selves.

Each walk begins with a gentle ritual, burning herbs or misting the space with a handcrafted botanical blend and a shared offering of my handmade flower essences to support deeper plant spirit connection. We’ll take a moment to greet the land, set our intentions, and ask permission to receive the teachings of the plants.

This walk will take place on Sunday 16th November 2025 at 11am, lasting approximately 2–3 hours.

You’ll receive an email confirmation upon booking, and I’ll share exact meeting details closer to the day.

Please dress for the weather and bring water if it’s warm. You’re welcome to bring a notebook and pen, or simply come as you are, and let nature speak to you in her own way.

Children are welcome free of charge, just let me know if they’ll be joining. Dogs are also welcome with prior notice.

The walk is gentle and mostly flat, but if you have any questions about accessibility or whether it’s suitable for you, feel free to reach out.

If you’d prefer to pay in cash on the day, please email me directly at info@wildfolkapothecary.com. Any questions always welcome.
