An elixir to nourish the nervous system, heart & soul when you are nothing but ashes, and support you in the journey of rebirth
I am just putting the finishing touches to this Phoenix Elixir, a blend of Rosebay willowherb, Mugwort, St. John’s Wort, Yarrow, and Violet tinctures with a Magnolia vinegar and some raw local Suffolk honey. It also contains two flower essences which aren’t yet available anywhere else. It is a medicine for those times when we feel like we have nothing left to give, that we are indeed the ashes of our former selves, and we are not yet sure what form we will take when we are reborn. It is a medicine for depletion, overwhelm, exhaustion, grief, and nervous system restoration.
It is a medicine of phoenix energy, so we can rise or fall, as necessary, or to just be supported while we are ashes, while we are in that state of dissolution. Ingredients: handmade tinctures (vodka) of wild foraged rosebay willlowherb, mugwort, yarrow, hypericum, and violet, magnolia infused in organic apple cider vinegar, and local raw Suffolk honey, cherry blossom flower essence, winter purslane flower essence. Take 3-5 drops 3 x daily. 30ml.
