Green Everlasting - a verdant, enlivening blend of holly, bay, spruce and Scots pine created in honour of the winter solstice.
Deeply healing, nourishing and awakening, this blend brings the light of the sun into the depths of darkness, connects the drinker with the fire in their heart, opens up the heart space and roots into the Earth.
This is a ceremonial and medicinal blend of potent wild herbs which will enhance body, mind, and spirit.
I’ve found you only need a very small amount (maybe 1 teaspoon a cup depending on your taste) of this blend because it is strong. The spruce is foraged from fallen boughs in an ancient woodland, the holly comes from some of my favourite trees in the same place, the bay is from my garden and the Scots pine from my local woodland.
The herbs are dried in the traditional manner in my home and then blended together by hand to make this fragrant infusion. This blend is packed full of natural vitamin c, is anti-inflammatory, wonderful for coughs and colds, and brings balance to the system.
All of my creations are made within sacred space in deep reverence and connection. I give thanks to the herbs and communicate with them about what I am making and my intentions.
